Our office is based in Alloa, Clackmannanshire, ideally located to provide reactive repair services in Central Scotland area.

Landlords have a legal requirement to carry out an annual inspection on all properties. Monument can provide you with a landlord's gas safety certificate and peace of mind that your properties have appliances that meet all of the legal requirements.

We also can provide the necessary periodic inspection reports and PAT testing to current IEE 18th wiring regulations (BS 7661).

All works performed by one of our fully qualified and experienced Gas Safe registered heating engineers or Select Registered electrical engineers.
