Ailsa comes from a Housing Association background and has over 15 years of experience in project management, procurement, governance and asset management. She has worked on planned maintenance projects delivering largescale projects such as boiler and kitchen replacement programmes and Scottish Government funded Medical Adaptations programmes. Ailsa has a proactive project management style with strong communication skills. In her previous role, Ailsa has successfully delivered various community benefits projects, and continues her commitment to corporate social responsibility within her role at Monument Contracts.

Stephen comes from an electrical background and has over 22 years of experience as a qualified electrician and site supervisor. He therefore has the advantage of "hands on" experience in both the commercial and residential property sector. He has carried out projects spanning over many difference sectors, for example, hospitality, registered social landlords, local authorities, new build developments and public sector establishments. Stephen controls high value and successful contracts within the company, which requires an in-depth knowledge of every aspect of the construction industry. Stephen will oversee all operations involved with this project and will be responsible for all pre and post work assessments including risk assessments and method statements, final inspections, regular visits to site and handover. He will liaise with the Client, attend performance meetings where required, oversee the work of the site supervisor and contract administrator and be responsible for the successful and timely implementation of the project.
