Monument delivered a full refurbishment of the dining and servery areas at Diageo Blackgrange, transforming the space into a modern, practical, and high‑performing environment. Working from the agreed design, our team managed the complete strip‑out, multi‑trade installation, and finishing works while maintaining safe access and minimal disruption to site operations. The project included new flooring throughout, upgraded door sets, hygienic wall cladding, refreshed ceilings, and a full electrical and plumbing reconfiguration to support the new counter layout and equipment. We also installed new lighting, power supplies, heating, and data points to bring the space up to current standards. Delivered through close collaboration with Aggora, Sodexo, and Diageo, the result is a cleaner, brighter, and more efficient space built to withstand daily use and support improved service flow.
